FilesAnyWhere is an full featured online storage, backup, and sharing service for individuals, small businesses, and large orgnizations. They do offer a free account which comes with 1 GB of storage space and their basic single-user plan includes 1 GB of storage for $3.95/mo. Features include unlimited file size upload, unlimited bandwidth, remote multi-computer access and syncing, desktop clients for Windows/Mac/Linux systems, HTTPS, SFTP, FTP, WebDAV, Facebook App, organization branding, excellent security and encryption measures (128-bit VeriSign SSL-encrypted transfers, SSL 3.1 TLS encryption, 128-bit blowfish algorithm), compression, address book, contacts, document management, photo print ordering, fax service, photo editing (using Picnik), document editing (via Zoho), capture handwritten e-signatures, high definition (HD) player, blog tools, collaboration tools, search within files, meta keywords, comments, photo albums, slideshows, streaming video/music, online document viewer, workgroup subaccounts, dedicated servers, file restoration, document versioning, alerts, password protection, read receipts, drag-n-drop upload, multi-user editing, drive mapping, automated backup, folder synchronization, profiles, teams, and mobile access with Blackberry, Palm, Windows Mobile, iPhone, PocketPC, and Smartphone. FilesAnywhere was recently enhanced to include full-featured data online backup and basic photo sharing capabilities geared for both home users and businesses.
FilesAnywhere includes a feature rich Web interface for managing backup, restoration, and data sharing operations 
for single or multiple files. Users can easily select multiple directories and files to be backed up or restored, or simply drag-and-drop files from Windows Explorer with staus quo file management and search operations only a right click away. Users can copy/move selected files and directories to specific locations on the server, or their local computer directory structure can be mirrored on the server. Documents may be zipped for upload and download to improve speed. FilesAnywhere includes Novasoft’s Handy Backup 4.1 PC-based utility which provides backup scheduling, full or incremental backups, 128-bit Blowfish encryption, and file synchronization. Unfortunately, we weren’t enthusiastic about Handy Backup’s interface, which required entry of low-level FTP parameters for all backup set descriptions. It appeared that the utility’s progress indicators were not accurate in our testing. Although neither really is a drawback since most Handy Backup sessions would only be set up once and scheduled to run automatically over time. We found adhoc online backup tasks were much easier just using the Web interface.
FilesAnywhere provides reserved backup sites for businesses, with customizable access, Web folders with drive letter mapping to server directories, and dedicated administration options. FilesAnywhere is well-designed, feature-rich, easy-to-use data online backup system that may well be your answer to painless system backups. In summary, FiiesAnywhere has a crafted and highly receptive Web interface that provides easy-to-use file upload and download operations, file management, and data sharing. Customer support is accessible via FAQs, email, and phone.
